After inspiration from my BFF, I have been reading a great deal of information about going green and eating raw.
One of my New Years Resolutions is to take better care of myself, eat healthier and exercise more.
I have decided to give it a try, however I do not think I will go 100% raw, I'm thinking more like 60%. I completely eliminate pork (Ive never really eaten much of it), I will limit to 1 serving a week of beef, and will only eat chicken or fish on occasion. I will no longer eat anything from a fast food restaurant, and I will limit eating in sit down restaurants to once a month.
I will excercise on a daily basis, either with one of my work out buddies (I've lined up 3 so far), or on my own.
I will be using several programs to ensure I have as much support as possible, including 2 weight loss challenges, 1 at work and 1 with friends, I also (thanks to my husband) have a BodyBugg that monitors calories burned all day, and I have a weight watchers membership.
I will weigh myself daily and track my progress, I will also attend weight watchers meetings once a week for a weigh in, to keep accountability. I also have to weigh in weekly for my at work weight loss challenge.
This will finally be the year I make the personal changes I need to, to be a happier and healthier person.
I can't wait to start this journey.

What's next....
I'm sitting here watching Julie and Julia and falling in love. Both with cooking and writing. I absoultely love Meryl Steep, she's a gifted actress.
My whole life I've loved being involved in several different things, so much that I have had a hard time concentrating. My mind goes a mile a minute, obviously as I watch a movie I have to be typing on my blog.
I am liking my new job, although hating the commute and the extra hours it takes away from my day. But my new boss seems very cool, and once I finish my degree she wants me to become an engineer and hopes that it will give me a huge raise. That part is cool, and I'd love to get away from the admin work I've been doing the past 9 years.
The businesses are going ok, still a little slow, but I'm having fun. I have a photo shoot a week or so. Depending on the week. I just seem so busy or unfocused that I've gotten 6 months behind on updating my website with new pictures.
Christmas is my absolute fabvorite time of year, and all I have done as far as decorating is put up the tree. I need to prioritize my time a little more because it seems to get away from me so quickly. If only I could get a maid. LOL
Well, I have signed up for my 3 remaining classes to get my associates degree in Business Management. And I can't wait to be finally done with it. At first it was so interesting but now I have Business Statistics, Accounting 2 and Human Resource Management left. I will be happy when it's over and I have the degree.
I've already looked into what to do after I receive my associates degree. Right now it's a toss up between two things, but I am thinking since I love them both so much I will do both. It will take time, but it will be worth it and fun at the same time.
Since my job is now in Woodbridge and NOVA offers Photography classes and they just finished building the Stratford college for Culinary arts, I have decided to get an associates degree in photography and culinary arts.
Oh I could go on for days and days about everything that's been going on but I am going to cut it short and get back to things that need to be done.
I hope to continue to blog at least on a weekly basis.
Good bye for now.

Well Hello again...
It's been a month since I last posted, time seems to fly by these days and it seems I don't get a day off to relax.
Just a few minutes ago, I finished watching He's just not that into you. And at the end I couldn't stop from crying. I am a very emotional person and can't rarely not cry during a movie when it's sad or happy.
I would have to say that Jennifer Anniston is one of my favorite actresses. I absolutely loved her in Marley and Me.
Don't you all just wish your life was like a movie sometimes.
